About
Eileen Ellis is the founder of RACER47. She is a strategic leader focused on helping organizations navigate uncertainty to bring new ideas to market.
She began her career as Co-Founder of the innovation consultancy ORGE Innovation, where she worked with clients such as the United Nations and clean tech incubator PowerBridgeNY to develop innovation strategies and create new business models.
While serving as Foresight and Innovation Strategist for Toyota North America, she co-led projects that resulted in $1B+ in internal funding and guided Toyota's domestic and international departments on focal points for the future.
Her subsequent work with BCG Digital Ventures involved shaping multiple startups across sectors such as transportation, travel, energy, and food.
Extending her transformative approach, she created the foundational UX research methodology at San Francisco-based startup Ridecell, then drove critical UX research projects for industry leaders like YouTube, Google Cloud, Meta, and various startups.
With a dual background in Strategic Design and Quantitative Economics, Eileen consistently directs organizational resources toward high-impact innovation opportunities.
